The multipicture processing method comprises the following steps of: receiving a first picture processing request message, wherein the first picture processing request message comprises first picture identifier information, and the first picture identifier information is used for identifying one of a plurality of multipicture of a single conference system; and processing the multipicture corresponding to the first picture identifier information according to the first picture processing request message. The method, the device and the system can flexibly set a plurality of multipicture in the single conference system or a cascade conference system.
