Sur des crabes de la famille des Portunidae (Crustacea Decapoda) nouveaux pour Madagascar ou rares

Eleven species belonging to the Portunidae family have been recorded for the first time off Madagascar. As a result of the records which we mention, the area of distribution of several species has been considerably enlarged. Four further species which, until now, had only been captured very infrequently off Madagascar are recorded too. Finally a sixteenth, Portuizus nipponensis, which was known only off Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia, has been recorded off la Reunion.
