Excess volumes and relative permittivity increments of {xH2C=CHCO2CH3+ (1−x)CnH2n+2(n=5, 6, 7, 10, and 12)}

The excess molar volumesVmE, increments in the relative permittivity δer, and molar electrical susceptibility δχeof {xH2C=CHCO;2CH3+(1−x)CnH2n+2} have been determined from the experimentally measured densities and relative permittivities at the temperatures 298.15 K and 308.15 K. TheVmEvalues are positive in all the mixtures and increase quasi-regularly as the alkane chain length increases. The δerand δχevalues were, in general, predominantly negative with few positive points at the ester-rich regions in (ester+n-pentane) atT=298.15 K, and (ester+n-alkanes) atT=308.15 K.
