Simulation computation for temperature and stress fields in hydropower house

The concrete body of hydropower house is great and its structure is complex.The problem of thermal stress is obvious.Study on the temperature control simulation is useful to prevent cracks.In this article,considering the material properties of concrete and sequence construction methods of layers and blocks of hydropower house,combined the model created function of general-purpose finite element software Ansys with the three-dimensional finite element temperature control program developed by author.Surfer software is used to create maps.The temperature and stress fields of certain hydropower station powerhouse are simulated and analyzed.The computation results can provide important reference on the construction and temperature control for this hydropower station powerhouse.The comprehensive temperature control measures are used in the scheme 3 and the thermal stress of hydropower house decreases greatly.
