공공건설임대주택사업의 사업성분석 모델 제안

Public rental housing development project require the accurate and elaborate feasibility analysis to success. However the existing feasibility analysis cannot fulfill it's purpose in development projects because they are based on an intuitive rather than a systematic approach. The purpose of this study is to build a process model for the effective feasibility analysis in the planning phase of the public rental housing development project. Through reviewing references, analyzing cases about feasibility analysis, and interviewing people in practical business affairs, the frame of feasibility processes and factors considered in each process were identified. Then, the relations between the factors were defined and a systematized feasibility process was eventually suggested to use IDEF0. Using this process model, the work scope of the group in charge of feasibility analysis by considering the factors which might have been passed over in practical business affairs.
