ABSTRACT Here is what the clinical neurologist has been waiting for in the Handbook series, an up-to-date series of definitive, tersely written, readable and at times, exciting, chapters which contain a wealth of information which is poorly understood by most clinical neurologists.Volume 4 is a companion of other volumes previously reviewed. As the editors correctly point out, it is no longer possible to consider neuropsychology separate from neurophysiology and experimental psychology. As a consequence, great attention is given to interrelating these three fields in Volume 4. For helping them to accomplish this, the editors give particular thanks to Drs. Arthur L.
