Abstract—To meet customer satisfaction, organizations must figure out what customers want. Customer satisfaction is one of the factors or of the measure of success for any development and implementation of information systems in an organization. Dr. Murdjani Hospital of Sampit, Kota Waringin Timur Regency of Central Kalimantan Province develops and implements a Billing Information System service which integrates all service activities into a system that records all financial transactions. By performing this measurement, the hospital can figure out every single aspect of the service needing special attention for the purpose of improvement, and all parties are satisfied with the services provided. Evaluation of quality of Billing Information System service of Dr. Murjani Hospital using ServQual method has 5 (five) dimensions of customer satisfaction that includes tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results are the 5 (five) dimensions each of which affects significantly customer satisfaction, and they are reliability tangible, assurance, empathy and responsiveness. Intisari—Untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan, organisasi harus mengetahui apa yang pelanggan inginkan. Kepuasan pelanggan merupakan salah satu faktor atau ukuran keberhasilan bagi setiap pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi pada suatu organisasi. Rumah Sakit (RS) Dr. Murdjani Sampit salah satu Kabupaten Kotawaringin Timur Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sebuah layanan Billing Information System yang mengintegrasikan semua kegiatan layanan ke dalam sebuah sistem yang mencatat semua transaksi keuangan. Dengan melakukan pengukuran ini, pihak rumah sakit dapat mengetahui setiap aspek dari layanan yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus sehingga layanan dapat ditingkatkan dan semua pihak mendapatkan kepuasan atas layanan yang diberikan. Evaluasi kualitas layanan Billing Information System RS Dr. Murdjani dengan menggunakan metode ServQual yang memiliki 5 (lima) dimensi dari kepuasan pelanggan yaitu tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan empathy. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) dimensi tersebut masing-masing mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan dimensi tersebut secara berurutan reliability tangible,assurance,empathy serta responsiveness Kata Kunci— Billing Information System, ServQual.
