Process Modeling in Business Change Management: An Oveview

The object of change management is process redesign. Process model lays the foundation for the simulation, analysis and reengineering of process. Modeling methods, which are prevailing, are first overviewed in this paper. Based on the research, requisites for process modeling of change management are proposed.
