Plant Load Optimal Distribution Considering Electricity Price Compensation

Try to reduce influence introduced by the electricity price compensation policy,a new optimization model was proposed for thermal power plant.In this model,both plant's profits and relay ranges of coal mills were considered.Maximum profit was selected as an optimization target.Because coal mills relying ranges are modeling as constraints,infeasible solutions rate rises in both initialization and genetic operation procedures.Combining with multiple elite preservation strategy,boundary information based infeasible solution repairing method was proposed to solve this issue,which prompt feasible solution rate and maintain stable genetic operations.In the final part,simulations on a thermal power plant with four 300 MW units were done to illustrate both better economic performance of new model and effectiveness of the infeasible solution repairing method.
