The invention relates to a power distribution equipment on-line monitoring early-warning device, in particular to a power distribution equipment on-line monitoring early-warning terminal which comprises an electric parameter collecting circuit, a signal preprocessing circuit, a single chip microcomputer system circuit, a communication circuit and an alarming circuit. The electric parameter collecting circuit comprises a transformer temperature detecting circuit, an electric leakage signal detecting circuit, a harmonic signal collecting circuit, a voltage signal collecting circuit, a current signal collecting circuit, a switch state detecting circuit and an arrester leak detection sensor. The signal preprocessing circuit comprises a harmonic detection analysis unit circuit and an electric parameter detection analysis unit circuit. Output signals of the electric parameter collecting circuits are connected into the single chip microcomputer system circuit directly or through the signal preprocessing circuit. The single chip microcomputer system circuit is connected with the communication circuit and the alarming circuit.
