Practice on Intensified Smelting and Target Output Achievement in No.1 BF of Shougang Jingtang Joint Co.,Ltd.

After No.1 BF of Shougang Jingtang Joint Co.,Ltd.putting into operation,the activities for achieving the target output are carried out following the philosophy of"determining the output based on marketing and increasing the productivity stably",i.e.the hot metal output is controlled at an appropriate increasing rate to realize stable transit to the designed output. Additionally,a series of measures are taken,such as controlling the tuyere circulation area,activating operation of hearth,stabilizing top gas distribution,properly controlling the blasting air,improving availability and load coordination,enlarging utilization of beneficiated burden,normalizing and optimizing the tapping system,etc.in order to ensure smooth and stable working condition of blast furnace in the process of controlled and intensified smelting.
