By an audible and visible pre-warning mode, an electricity utilization condition of each office unit can be intuitively displayed; a supervising party can timely monitor electricity utilization data of each office unit through the clamp-shaped current meter; and the photoelectric warning energy-saving power distribution box has the characteristics of rationality in electricity utilization, saving of electricity, convenience in supervision and communication between an electricity user and the supervising party and the like.
