A system and an apparatus for sensing a seal of a container of the present invention includes: a radio transceiver prepared with an antenna installed on a hinge portion of a container door to conduct wireless communication; a seal confirmation sensor which contacts with the container door when the container door is opened or closed, and which senses whether the container door is open or closed; a control unit which transmits the information on the container door, received from the seal confirmation sensor, through the radio transceiver; and a body which adheres to the inside wall of the container. The open and close of the container door can be thereby checked in real time.
