Endoprosthesis and method of manufacturing an endoprosthesis.

The stent is for implantation in an aneurysm (12) of a patient resulting from a deformation of a vessel wall, particularly in blood (14), comprising: - a tubular casing (22, 24) extending in a direction (Y-Y '), and- a plurality of probes (26) fixed on the pressure envelope (22, 24), each probe (26) comprising: - a sensor (28) for performing a measurement of pressure, and- means (34, 36) for transmitting the pressure measurement to a monitor placed outside of patient.Les means (34, 36) for transmitting the pressure measurement of each probe (26) are adapted to generate an electromagnetic signal transmission measuring pressure comprising at least one distinguishing characteristic of the probe (26), these means (34, 36) form part.
