A novel combining tracking scheme for MBOC signal

MBOC(6,1,1/11) is the interoperable signal of GPS and Galileo system, this new signal consists of data and pilot channels, the first one provides pseudo-range information, and the second one navigation message. The traditional tracking technologies usually use only one channel (data or pilot); however, it uses only half of total signal power, which lowers the tracking accuracy. To solve this problem, combining tracking technology is adopted. On the base of linear combining tracking technology, this paper brings forward a novel combining tracking scheme, which makes the receiver simpler. The simulation validates its outstanding performance.
