Miss M W, aged 22 Complaint: Chronic discharging Bartholin's abscesses. History: November 1964, marsupialization right Bartholin's abscess; June 1965, marsupialization left Bartholin's abscess (in another hospital). She complained of recurrent swelling at the operation site on the right and a fairly profuse discharge from the site on the left. Menstrual history: 4/35. Past history: Diarrhoea for four years ascribed to low-grade ulcerative colitis. Rather fluid stools: occasional pain in the left lower quandrant. The only treatment has been Mist. Kaolon. et Morph. She had lost weight during the past year. Referred
