Due to the limitation of traditional field bus communication,the improvement of whole system performance still been restrained no matter how to improve the processing speed of CPU and strengthen the algorithm of program.Aiming at the problem of traditional field bus communication such as low transmission rate,poor real-time performance,too many standard and high maintenance costs,a feasibility study of intelligent transmission interface for underground mine based on Ethernet Ring had been carried out.The Ethernet ring was built with ring switches through optical fiber.The design made flexibly use of the two serial ports(uart0and uart1)of the Msp430 microcontroller,and the corresponding error analysis was carried out.The protocol format was listed and a serial data were transformed into network data by taking advantage of the C2000E1SO Ethernet converter module.The hardware design diagram and software flow diagram were introduced.The practical application showed that this intelligent transmission interface has good real-time performance,low bit error rate and fast data upload speed,so is of high practical value.
