The present invention relates to an acceleration control based resonance fatigue testing method, as a method of controlling the operation of a blade shaker, unlike the existing displacement signal based control method. According to an embodiment, in the resonance fatigue testing method, a first end part of a targeted object is fixated, and a shaker is installed between the first end part and a second end part of the targeted object. Then, the exiting force is applied to the shaker to drive the same, and acceleration signals, representing the relative motion of the shift mass of the shaker, with the targeted object as a standard, are receive, thereby controlling the operation of the shaker.
