Vanished myxoma due to systemic embolization.

An urgent CT-angiography scan was performed that showed aortic bifurcation occlusion extended to the iliac arteries bilaterally (Fig. 1, panel a), multifocal embolic ischemia of kidneys (Fig. 1, panel b) and spleen (Fig. 1, panel c) and large right hemispheric cerebral stroke (Fig. 1, panel c). Due to the late presentation of the neurological symptoms (>6 h), thrombolysis and endovascular treatment was not feasible.
