First bringing the OO technique into evaluating the balance between supply and demand system in water resource

The Object Oriented technique was primarily introduced to programming for evaluating the balance between supply and demand system in water resource and applied to abstracting some C++ class and the software model from the real system. The software is designed by using Visual C++ and taking full advantage of the OOP method and the resource sharing technique in Windows.
