The invention embodiments provide a method and a device used for predicting an output power of a blower in a wind field; specifically, in one embodiment, the method used for predicting the output power of the blower in the wind field comprises the following steps: generating a correction data set at least based on environment data collected by at least one sensor in the wind field; employing the correction data set to correct a weather forecast model according to a correction algorithm; obtaining a prediction value of wind condition information of the blower according to the corrected weather forecast model; predicting the output power of the blower according to the prediction value and a power prediction model. One embodiment of the invention provides the device used for predicting the output power of the blower in the wind field. According to the invention, the meteorology essential factors measured in the wind field can be used to correct the weather forecast model, so the corrected weather forecast model can predict the wind condition information of the specific blower, thereby obtaining more accurate power output prediction value.
