Construction of algebraic-differential equations with given smooth and impulsive behaviour

The paper proposes a new method for the construction of a class of systems of algebraic and differential equations of the form A (ρ)β (t) = 0, ρ := dt where A (ρ) = A0 + A1ρ + · · ·+Aqρ ∈ R [ρ]r×r and det [A (ρ)] 6= 0 (A (ρ) is regular) with given smooth and impulsive behavior.
