Implantando sistemas de control con agentes inteligentes Control system implementation with intelligent agents

This article presents an approach to the development of control and supervision systems based on intelligent agents for industrial processes. We begin by defining a general implantation platform that supports the whole multiagent system. This platform receives applications such as specialized multiagent systems for coordination, execution, and evaluation of the control and supervision tasks necessary for the decision-making and the information processing related to the industrial process. The control and supervision agents interact with a multiagent system that models the elements of the production units through functional and logical abstractions of the real industrial processes. The agents are constructed using the ‘MultiAgent Systems INtegrated Automation’ (MASINA) and the ‘Unified Modeling Language’ (UML). The construction includes Conceptualization (use case and activities diagrams), Agent Model, Tasks Model, Coordination Model (interaction diagrams) and Communication Model.
