Influence of rotary errors of centrifuge spindle on accelerometer input accuracy

A measurement method was introduced which used 4 displacement sensors to measure rotary errors of the spindle in precision centrifuge.The first harmonic errors were calculated which include the coning movement and the first harmonic movement.The influences of these errors on the centripetal acceleration,its distribution and the distribution of gravitational acceleration on the three axes of tested accelerometer were expounded.The method that compensated the average input acceleration of the calibrated accelerometer was put forward,so the calibration accuracy of the accelerometer can be enhanced further.Through monitoring and measuring the rotary error movement of centrifuge spindle,and its influence on acceleration input accuracy of tested accelerometer was quantitatively analyzed which is helpful for raising the calibration accuracy of the tested accelerometer.
