Film & Video Distribution Database (FVDD)

The FVDD is an online database that makes freely available a selection of primary research material relating to the following UK moving image distributors (and their funders): London Filmmakers' Co-op, The Other Cinema, London Video Arts/Access (LVA), Cinema of Women, Circles, Film and Video Umbrella, Cinenova and Lux. The material includes correspondence, minutes of management committee meetings, promotional material, distribution activity reports, exhibition initiatives, policy documents, funding assessment reports and so on, and is navigable and searchable via chronological histories drawn from the material and via bibliographic listings of the documents themselves.
