블루레이 광픽업을 이용한 고해상도 형광 바이오칩 스캐너

We have developed a high-density fluorescent biochip scanning system for DNA and Protein chips using blu-ray optical pick-ups. Since the blu-ray pick-up contains 2 different laser diodes with wavelenths of 405 ㎚ and 650 ㎚ and auto-focusing technologies, we could developed a 2-dye fluorescence scanner with higher resolution and faster scanning speed.
