ITER Baffle Small-Size Mock-ups Fabrication and Testing

Abstract Solid HIP has been proposed to manufacture ITER Baffle module. To qualify the process, mock-ups with increasing scales are currently tested. This paper describes the proposed mock-up fabrication process and the test protocol defined to simulate Baffles thermal fatigue conditions during the BPP phase.
