Method of start up at least a part of a wind power plant, wind power plant and use of the wind power plant

The invention relates to a wind power plant, a method of starting up at least a part of the wind power plant which can be connected to an external grid substantially without any energy which is delivered from the external grid for starting up, and usages of the method and the wind power plant. The wind power plant comprises a plurality of wind turbines and at least one local power source combined with at least one of the wind turbines, wherein the wind power plant is disconnected with the external grid, one started wind turbine or a group of started wind turbines of the wind turbines of the wind power plant is isolated from the remaining wind turbines, one started wind turbine or a group of started wind turbines is connected with the local power source and utilizes the power delivered from the local power source to start up one started wind turbine or a group of started wind turbines, wherein the power which can be delivered from the wind power plant is used for at least a part of black or cold start of the external grid, so as to establish the voltage and/or the power on the external grid.
