Rethinking CCS – Moving Forward in Times of Uncertainty

While in early 2009 strict climate policies were expected to be put in place, today the course of climate policy worldwide is certain. While there is no worldwide policy in place, the future of CCS should be considered. CCS is a technology that can help manage the concentration of CO2 and thus have an impact on the climate change. This paper describes the status quo and provides an outlook on possible future developments.
