Method of allocating radio resource in broadband wireless access system

A method of allocating radio resource in broadband wireless access system is provided to reduce a signal overhead of a terminal itself, because the terminal does not need to continuously receive a message to transmit data. A horizontal axis represents an order of an OFDMA(Orthogonal Frequency-Division Multiple Access) symbol according to the time. A vertical axis represents a logical location of a sub channel. A base station assigns an identical transferring zone to a terminal for each frame for transmitting upward link data by using the multi-frame allocation information. The base station is able to consecutively assign the zone corresponding to the OFDMA symbol 3, 4 and 5, sub channel 2, 3, 4 and 5 to a terminal through 3 frames in one frame. In case the terminal receives a multi frame within the UL(Uplink)-MAP in a specific frame, the terminal is able to use not only the frame receiving UL-MAP but also the same allocation zone of the consecutive 2 frame.
