Method and device for adjusting power

The invention discloses a method for adjusting power, which is used for realizing symbol-level power distribution and reducing same frequency interference among users. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a channel quality measuring value of each user in paired users; determining a difference of a maximum channel quality measuring value and a minimum channel quality measuring value;and when the difference is larger than a predetermined threshold value, adjusting the power of a user with the maximum channel quality to be lower, and/or adjusting the power of a user with the minimum channel quality measuring value to be higher. The invention also discloses a device for realizing the method.
