The invention relates to a boiler capable of utilizing waste heat of tail fume of a steel rolling heating furnace. Reasonable utilization of nearly 1000 DEG C high-temperature fume after heating the steel rolling heating furnace has become an urgent affair. The boiler comprises a front furnace chamber (1) and a back furnace chamber (2) which are composed of membrane water walls, wherein the back furnace chamber is connected with a tail coal economizer (4) through a flue (3); the lower surface of the front furnace chamber is provided with a fume inlet (5); a header (6) is installed on the fume inlet (5); a high-temperature pipe bundle (7) is installed on the header; a high-temperature superheater (8) is installed on the high-temperature pipe bundle; a low-temperature superheater I (13) is installed on the high-temperature superheater; a low-temperature pipe bundle is installed in the back furnace chamber (2); a low-temperature superheater II (9) is installed on the low-temperature pipe bundle (14); a face type desuperheater (10) is connected between the high-temperature superheater and the low-temperature superheater; the low-temperature superheater II is connected with a steam drum (11); and the tail coal economizer is connected with a fume outlet (12). The product is used for recovering and utilizing waste heat of the steel rolling heating furnace.
