Determination of Serial Solar Panels' Current Equation Based on Maximum Power

Based on solar cell current equation and basic circuit theory , depending on individual solar cell's parameters solves serial solar panels' the short circuit current density ISC, the open circuit voltage UOC, the current Im of maximum power, the voltage Um of maximum power. Then sets up close equation group to serial solar panels , can solve the reverse saturation current density I0, the diode ideal factor A, the series resistance RS. Thus attains the objective for educing serial solar panels' current equation. At last the emulational experiments are did for individual solar cells parameters being uniform and different. Results demonstrate that the method proposed in this paper is correct and feasible: the error of theoretic values and experimental values is smaller than 2 percent, the method determines directly interrelated parameters which serial solar panels current equation needs in theoretically.
