The study for influence factors of plate-type spray tower impact resistance properties based on principal component analysis

Spray tower is one of the main equipment of limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization devices.Researchers have been interested in the topic of the optimization of the internal structure for spray tower.In order to explore gas-liquid two-phase within the contact state for the plate-type spray tower,using air-water as a medium,the plate with aperture range of 6~30 mm,hole rate range of 16%~48% was tested in the gas-liquid two-phase flow characteristics.Using SPSS software,desulfurization characteristics of plate-type spray tower were studied through the principal component analysis.The impact of the plate-type spray tower's flue gas flow rate,spray volume,aperture plate,opening rate on resistance characteristics was studied.Based on principal component analysis,it was found that flue gas flow rate,spray volume and the aperture plate were the most important factors influencing resistance properties of a plate-type spray tower.
