The mathematical model and computer simulation for the movement of the self-acting ball valve in the reciprocating pump

To cope with the incorrectness of the mathematical model for the movement of the self-acting ball valve in the reciprocating pump, we rebuilt the accuracy differential equation group to describe the movement of the ball valve.That equation is an ordinary differential equation group about the fluid pressure in the fluid-cylinder device,as well as the lift range and velocity of the ball valve.In this mathematical model,we made the comprehensive consideration of the condensability of the liquid,the Westphal's effect,the continuous flow condition and the dynamic property of the ball valve.With the numerical method,we set up the realistic model for the valve.Through the numerical simulation,we can know how the dynamic property of the valve was impacted by each parameter visually.
