Key problem research of energy dispatching and optimization based on EMS in iron and steel enterprises

Some key problems of energy dispatching and optimization in iron and steel enterprises were researched based on the construction background of EMS in Zhongtian United Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.Models of data reconciliation,energy forecast,and energy loss analysis of equipment were built to realize the functions of reasonable forecast of gas output and consumption,the performance diagnosis and operation optimization of energy consumption equipments such as turbine and boiler,and load optimal distribution of parallel operation equipments such as oxygen making units and air compressors.The functions above can provide basis for the iron and steel enterprises to manage various kinds of energy medium scientifically and rationally to fully exploits energy-saving potential.
