Evaluation model for water resources carrying capacity and its application based on fuzzy programming

Water resources carrying capacity is the core content of water resources assessment and programming.It is very important to find the new method of water resources carrying capacity assessment.Based on UNESCO proposed the concept of carrying capacity of resources,the definition of carrying capacity of water resources is given.Available water resources and pollutant carrying capacity and per capita GDP 10,000 minimum standards may be regarded as a "range" value.On this basis,fuzzy constraint linear programming model is established;and the basic process of solving is given and applied to Rizhao City to evaluate the water resources carrying capacity;and the results are compared with the literature [5] model results,it is shown that the model proposed is practical,reasonable in calculation results.
