Simulation Research of Transient Impulse of Pressure in Hydraulic Impulse System

Pressure impulse of hydraulic system directly influences the lifetime of hydraulic component and brings the serious threatens to reliability of airplane hydraulic system. The pressure impulse test of airplane hydraulic system is the important equipment which tests the lifetime of hydraulic component. In order to deeply research the generation and control of pressure impulse, the mathematical model of fluid inside pipeline was established based on characteristic method. Aiming at tow types of test wave-trapezium wave and sin wave, the mathematical model of pressure impulse test equipment of airplane hydraulic system was set up based on the mathematic model of fluid inside pipeline and the series of coupling equation of pipeline interface. It is proved by simulation test that the model reflects the physical characteristic of real system and the result of simulation is accurate and assumable.
