BEŞ FAKTÖR KURAMINA DAYALI BİR KİŞİLİK ÖLÇEĞİNİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ: SIFATLARA DAYALI KİŞİLİK TESTİ (SDKT)

Bu calismanin amaci Bes Faktor kuramindan yola cikilarak, bu faktorlere uygun sifat ciftleri kullanilarak madde sayisi az, iki uclu bir olcegin gelistirilmesidir. Sifatlara Dayali Kisilik Testi (SDKT)’nin faktor yapisini belirlemek icin Direct Oblimin dondurme ile temel bilesenler analizi yonteminden yararlanilmistir. Aracin uyum gecerligini sinamak icin Sosyotropi Olcegi, Catismalara Tepki Olcegi, Negatif-Pozitif Duygu Olcegi, Surekli Kaygi Envanteri kullanilmistir. Guvenirlik icin test tekrari (2 hafta ara) yonteminden yararlanilmis ve faktorlerin ic tutarligi Cronbach Alfa katsayisi ile hesaplanmistir. Yapilan analizler sonucunda SDKT’nin psikometrik ozellikleri tatminkâr duzeyde bulunmus, olcegin universite ogrencileri uzerinde kullanilabilir bir arac oldugu sonucuna varilmistir.
