A Survey of Managerial Interests with Respect to Conflict

This article presents the results of a survey conducted by the American Management Association regarding the managerial interests in the area of conflict and conflict management. Studies on conflict have become popular management topics and have provided a range of content for education and training. Moreover, organizations now include conflict management in their training programs. As presented in the article, the outcome of the survey clearly suggest that managers from middle to top levels have an active and growing interest in learning more about both the prevention and management of conflict.
