A method of double cross‐coupling lines for HTS filter design

This article proposes a method of double cross-coupling lines to produce the transmission zeros independently in the both close-to-band rejections of HTS filter, and that their positions are controllable. An eight-pole HTS filter is simulated to present the feasibility of this method. According to this method, a four-pole HTS filter has been designed and fabricated. The experimental results have good agreement with simulation and support this method. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
