Method of Electric Pricing Based on Users' Load Characteristics

An in-depth analysis of the marginal users ' cost combined with production characteristics of power system is conducted and the users of the same voltage grade is classified by load factor,then the cost of the system using the marginal costing is shared. In the same way,a hybrid electricity pricing method combined with the accounting cost pricing method is built,which could reflect the different cost between users of different load characteristics and simultaneously meet the need of financial balance. Finally,examples demonstrate the rationality of the pricing method.
