The hot forming die is of a flip-over type structure, and comprises an upper die portion and a lower die portion. The upper die portion comprises a female die, a female die base plate, an upper die seat, an upper die base plate, a movable base plate, a nitrogen spring component, movable cooling blocks, water guide plates, cooling block cover plates and the like. The lower die portion comprises a lower die seat, bottoming blocks, blank holders, a male die and the like. The main problem of low cooling efficiency caused by uneven cooling and small cooling area is solved. Due to the changeable movable base plate, hot stamping parts with different surface shapes can be formed.
