Influence of burning Wucaiwan coal on operation of boilers No.3 and No.4 in Hongyanchi Power Plant

The technical parameters of boilers No. 3 and No. 4 of Huadian Xinjang Hongyanchi Power Plant and the designed coal quality for the boilers were introduced. The influence of burning Wucaiwan coal on operation of boilers No. 3 and No. 4 was analyzed. The principle and the basis of coal blending for the boilers No. 3 and No. 4 were proposed. The scientific and effective blending methods were adopted,which are helpful to prevent boiler slagging,to reduce power generation cost and to improve safe operation of the boilers.
