ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL HITS THE ROAD

This article describes how a radar-based adaptive cruise control (ACC) system will soon be available on the new Mercedes S-Class automobile. Although the price tag for this new system will initially be hefty, industry analysts predict that in another eight years, ACC will be common in even the smallest of vehicles.
