Contribution-Based Incentive Design for Mobile Crowdsourcing

In this paper, we propose COIN as a general pattern for carrying out effective mobile crowd sourcing. As a demonstration, we apply the pattern to design a crowd-based system for realizing smart parking. Compared with existing solutions, our proposal possesses several desirable features and improves the efficiency of crowd sourcing in the process of problem solving.
