Analysis on the Legal Relationship of Labor in the Course of Athletes Alternation

Athlete alternating system has its process of developing and perfecting, and our country is establishing such a set of system step by step. Nowadays, socialist construction is getting more and more legalized, system construction must comply with the stipulation of the relevant law and follow the law as its logic and legal basis. The aim of the paper is to let us have some idea of the legal characteristic of the athletes alternating system ,analyzes the concerned legal relations and puts forward the existent problems.
