Interferometric measurements and tomography on living structures

Based on laser interferometry, an improved technique to measure distance variations between cornea and retina with high accuracy is presented. These distance variations depend on the transmural vascular pressure in choroidea. Measurements in diabetic retinopathy patients undergoing laser therapy are presented.
