메시지 중요도를 고려한 FlexRay 동적 세그먼트 스케줄링 기법의 설계 및 분석

FlexRay will likely become the de-facto standard for in-vehicle network. FlexRay is composed of the static segment, which adopts a TDMA(Time Division Multiple Access) scheme, and the dynamic segment which is based on a FTDMA(Flexible Time Division Multiple Access) scheme. To design a safety-critical application with FlexRay, a message scheduling method for the dynamic segment should be chosen carefully because it significantly affects the worst-case response time and network efficiency. For this reason, several researchers have paid attention to various message scheduling methods. For proper evaluation of the resulting scheduling methods it is essential to accurately analyze the timing behavior, especially the worst case response time. This paper presents a mathematical model for analyzing the worst case response time of FlexRay messages assigned with the dynamic segment. In contrast to the existing work, the proposed method can be applicable to analyzing the worst case response time with a message assigned with multiple message slots.
