Research on High-speed Rail Safety Management Based on System Dynamics

In order to effectively prevent and control the accidents of high-speed rail,the trend of system safety level and subsystems' dynamic changes were studied. Effects of six subsystems on high-speed rail safety management system were investigated using system dynamics method,A model of high-speed rail safety management level was built. The model was verified by simulation using the software vensim. The results show that high-speed rail safety still needs to be paid close attention that the effectiveness of its safety management should be improved continuously in next three years,and that about 32 month's effort will be needed to achieve the safety level value of 95 if 100 corresponding to a relatively idea safety level.
